먼저, 근로복지공단 홈페이지 (www.kcomwel.or.kr)에서 요양급여신청서를 다운로드 받아 작성해서 사업장 소재지 관할 근로복지공단 지사, 병원, 회사에 각 한부씩 총 3부를 제출해야 합니다. 병원에 제출할 신청서 뒷면에는 진단서를 작성해야 합니다.
Visit the Korea Workers’ Compensation & Welfare Service (COMWEL) website (www.kcomwel.or.kr) to download and fill out the application form of medical care expenses. You should submit one copy of the filled-in form to the COMWEL local branch of your workplace, the hospital and your company, respectively. For the copy you submit to the hospital, the medical certificate on the last page of the application form should be filled in.
เริ่มจากดาวโหลดน์ใบขอรับค่ารักษาพยาบาลจากเว็บไซต์ของกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานเกาหลี (www.kcomwel.or.kr) กรอกใบสมัครแล้วนำไปยื่นให้กับกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานสาขาที่รับผิดชอบในพื้นที่ของที่ทำงาน, โรงพยาบาล, และบริษัทที่ทำงาน อย่างละ 1 ชุดรวม 3 ชุด สำหรับแบบฟอร์มที่ต้องยื่นกับโรงพยาบาลองกรอกใบรับรองแพทย์ที่หน้าหลังด้วย
업무상 사유에 의한 재해여부가 명확한 경우 7일 이내에 결과가 나오지만 사실 관계 확인이 필요한 경우 오랜 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.
Eligibility for worker’s compensation benefit is determined within 7 days when it is evident that the injury is work-related. It may take longer if it needs a further review for confirmation.
ในกรณีที่สาเหตุของความเสียหายเกิดจากการปฏิบัติงานอย่างชัดเจนผลจะออกภายใน 7 วัน แต่ในกรณีที่ต้องมีการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงอาจจะใช้เวลามากกว่านั้น
